Connect Clio, Google Calendar, and Zoom. Then map each Clio user to the Google calendar where their meetings should land.
Prototype Mode:Clio is live when connected. Google Calendar, Zoom, and final calendar-entry creation are still being connected.
Clio Manage
Clio is where the legal record lives. Contacts and matters come from Clio so every scheduled meeting can be linked correctly.
Google Calendar
Google Calendar is the source for real availability and the calendar invite. Mrs. June Legal will configure the internal Google app before live calendar connection is completed.
Note: Google Calendar event creation is still mocked in this phase. This phase prepares live calendar availability.
1:1 mapping. Each scheduling host needs one Google calendar mapped before they can be scheduled. Duplicate or shared calendars are warnings, not blockers.

Zoom
